Martha joined the Dixon RCD team in 2015 and currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program (ILRP). She ensures that the Dixon/Solano RCD Water Quality Coalition and its members maintain full compliance with all ILRP requirements.

She holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety with a minor in fire and safety engineering technology, and her professional passion is focused on environmental safety and compliance.

When Martha is not overseeing the ILRP, she enjoys cooking, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
