Dixon RCD ditch maintenance fee rate increase completed ballots are due to Dixon RCD by August 10th at 3:00 p.m., (in hand by 3 P.M. and no postmarks allowed).  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
